1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• "We," "Us," "Our," refers to luminaasas
• "You," "Your," refers to the individual enrolling in programs or using our website
• "Program" refers to any educational program offered by luminaasas
• "Services" refers to the educational programs and related materials provided by luminaasas
• "Website" refers to the luminaasas website and all associated pages
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any luminaasas program or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not enroll in our programs or use our website.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our programs. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Program Description and Enrollment

3.1 Program Overview

luminaasas offers educational programs in financial planning and understanding. Programs are designed for adults over forty and focus on providing independent, unbiased financial education without any sales or product recommendations.

3.2 Enrollment Process

Enrollment in a program is confirmed upon:

• Submission of a completed enrollment form
• Receipt of full payment or the first installment (if payment plans are available)
• Written confirmation from luminaasas accepting your enrollment

3.3 Program Availability

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify program schedules due to insufficient enrollment, educator availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, enrolled participants will be offered the option of enrolling in a rescheduled program or receiving a full refund.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Program Fees

Program fees are stated in Thai Baht and include all course materials, workbooks, and reference documents. Fees do not include transportation to and from program locations or personal expenses.

4.2 Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified during enrollment.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of withdrawal:

• More than 14 days before program start: Full refund minus 500 Baht administrative fee
• 7-14 days before program start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before program start or after program begins: No refund

If luminaasas cancels a program for any reason, participants will receive a full refund or may transfer their enrollment to a future program.

5. Participant Responsibilities

5.1 Attendance and Participation

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. If you must miss a session, please notify us in advance. While we will provide session materials to participants who miss sessions, we cannot guarantee the same learning experience as attending in person.

5.2 Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with educators and other participants. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or conduct that interferes with the learning environment may result in removal from the program without refund.

5.3 Confidentiality

Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of other participants. Personal financial information and stories shared during sessions should not be disclosed outside the program setting.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All program materials, including workbooks, presentations, handouts, and reference documents, are the intellectual property of luminaasas. These materials are provided for personal educational use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6.2 License to Use Materials

Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials for your personal educational purposes. This license does not permit you to teach, present, or otherwise use our materials in any professional capacity without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Educational Purpose

Our programs are designed for educational purposes only. We do not provide personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, tax guidance, or legal counsel. Participants are encouraged to consult with licensed professionals for specific advice related to their individual circumstances.

7.2 No Guarantees of Outcomes

While we strive to provide high-quality educational content, we make no guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes or results. Financial planning involves personal decisions and market factors beyond our control.

7.3 Services Provided As-Is

Our programs and website are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of program content or website functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, luminaasas and its educators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in our programs or use of our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the specific program in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless luminaasas, its educators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your enrollment in a program if you breach these Terms and Conditions or engage in conduct detrimental to the learning environment. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

11.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your participation in our programs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

11.3 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage participants to contact us to seek an informal resolution of any disputes or concerns.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and luminaasas regarding your participation in our programs and use of our website.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
